Internet Society of Armenia (ISOC AM) Vice-President Grigoriy Sagiyan will become a speaker at Armenian Gaming Forum on November 19. His presentation will be devoted to the hot topic: Does the state want to control online casino?
Grigoriy Sagiyan will be talking about the status of online gambling in Armenia, answering the question of whether online casinos should fear the restricting measures from the government.
Speaker’s presentation will touch upon the possible taxation for foreign online casinos that have Armenian gamblers as clients, and whether authorities can limit access of online users to such venues.
The matters Mr. Sagiyan will talk about are relevant today, which is proven by the rapid development of new segments of online gambling, in particular, fantasy sports. Legal status of such games has long been discussed in all over the world.
Internet Society of Armenia is a non-funded and non-governmental organization. ISOC unites representatives of provider companies, individuals, web users, and professionals involved into local networks servicing.
