Aigoul Kenjebayeva is the managing partner of Dentons’ Kazakhstan practice. She has extensive experience dealing with the legal aspects and tax implications of investing in Kazakhstan. Her particular areas of specialisation have been acquired from over 35 years as a practicing lawyer and include corporate/M&A, energy/natural resources, PPP/infrastructure projects, IP, competition law, and dispute resolution. 

Aigoul is the Chair of the Board of the Kazakhstan Bar Association and a member of the Stockholm Arbitration Report Editorial Board, the Kazakhstan Petroleum Lawyers Association Board, and of the International Bar Association.

Education - Mr. Levy is a graduate of Yale University where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree and the University of Pennsylvania Law  School where he obtained a Juris Doctor Degree

Work History - For many years Mr. Levy practiced law in Boston, Massachusetts.  In 2005 he moved to Las Vegas, Nevada to become Counsel to Las Vegas Sands Corp., the world's largest integrated resort developer. While at the Sands, Mr. Levy was involved with its developments in Macau, Singapore and Las Vegas.  Since leaving the Sands, Mr. Levy has been involved with various business pursuits and serves on the Boards of China Global Mining Resources, Ltd. and Big Lifestyle Developments Ltd. BLDL is a joint venture participant in the Tengri Resort project.

Additional - Mr. Levy has published two novels and is a member of the Mystery Writers of America.  While in Las Vegas he was a member of the Gaming Curriculum Committee of the University of Nevada Las Vegas Law School.  He has written numerous scholarly articles and appeared as a speaker before groups throughout the United States.
